For these images, I wanted them to appear as if they would actually be on GQ (Gentlemen's Quarterly) magazine. I incorporated the font types that most commonly appear on GQ's magazine cover, and positioned the text so that it fits in proportion to the image on the page.
My model, Josh Rimkey has a fun personality so I wanted to make sure that his wardrobe wasn't formal, but rather semi-formal or everyday attire.
I chose to photograph GQ, a men's magazine cover because I enjoy photographing men's fashion and styling their wardrobe so that they look elegant, or in this case business casual with a fun flare.
